Web browser says 'DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NO_INTERNET', even I reset the router, but still same thing is happening. Restarting PC, resetting network service wont work. I suppose this is problem with Shaw network and the router.. Any solution to fix DNS problem? Almost all of the network issue I am having is because of DNS.

To the right you will see your computer's primary DNS server address as well as its secondary one (if your computer has a secondary). For example: DNS Servers: 111.111.22.33 111.111.22.44. The top address is the primary DNS and the bottom is the secondary.
if you want to see if it's a dns issue, use the nslookup command in command prompt. Assumng your dns is set to auto and using shaw. nslookup
Seems like bull to me. IPTV doesn't require this, it just needs a valid working DNS server to point it to the right IP address/es. Here is the difference in using AT&T's DNS server to resolve and then connecting to a VPN and using a private DNS server over the same net, just tunneled.. As you can see AT&T DNS service is SLOW..

If you already have configured computer connected to internet, you’ll find your DNS configuration in “ipconfig /all” on Windows (as David Young suggested) or by checking your /etc/resolv.conf file on other systems. 2. On DNS Settings, click Manual beside DNS Obtain. On DNS1 and DNS2 , enter OpenDNS DNS IP Address (208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220 ).
